1. Create 1x3 table.
2. Insert equation caption in the third column without 'Equation'; just the numbering '('x.x')'.
3. Format Table as required; margin, size, border, etc.
4. Save Table: Insert>Table>Quick Table>Save Quick Table to quick table gallery.
